About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our self-serve intelligence platform by working closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. You will translate complex data concepts into intuitive workflows, user-friendly data visualizations, and actionable features that delight our users and solve their most pressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather insights, identify pain points, and define user needs.
- PRD Creation: Write lightweight, user story-based Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that articulate business requirements and user workflows.
- UI Mockups: Create wireframes and mockups that clearly visualize user interfaces and workflows for engineering and client feedback.
- Data Expertise: Understand complex data concepts and effectively translate them into user interfaces with intuitive data visualizations and actionable insights for users.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer by interfacing directly with clients to gather feedback and ensure our platform meets their needs.
- Agile Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, define sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Industry Insight: Leverage knowledge of the consumer products industry, particularly beauty and personal care, to inform product strategy and feature development.
- User-Centric Approach: Advocate for self-serve functionality and intuitive design that reduces friction and maximizes user satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in product management, ideally within data-driven SaaS products.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the consumer products industry, and specifically experience with beauty and personal care products is a major plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to work with data concepts, including data visualization, workflows, and analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and client teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
- Tools Expertise: Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Asana, Github, JIRA, Confluence), wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
